Please note that administration of the Plan changed as from Monday 19th October 2026 from XPS to PIC (Pension Insurance Corporation plc). Plan members should have received a letter with new details from about 14th October. Please note that for now The NTL Pension Plan itself continues with the current Trustees and is the ultimate responsibility of Virgin Media, though from some time in 2027 a full buy-out with PIC is expected to complete after which all Plan members will have individual policies with PIC providing equivalent benefits.
Plan members should contact PIC for any queries regarding their pensions and to advise any changes, e.g. bank details, change of address etc. It is most important that PIC have correct details, even if your pension is not yet in payment. All details formerly held by XPS and matters in progress will have been transferred to PIC. All Plan members should receive, at least, an annual report from the Trustees if they have the correct postal address.

There is currently no new Plan specific website from PIC but the former XPS website www.mypension.com/ntlplan is currently still available and gives some additional useful information. However any contact details given there are no longer valid and those above for PIC should be used.
