The NTL Pension Plan is administered on behalf of the Trustees by XPS Administration (formerly Punter Southall). Plan members should contact XPS for any queries regarding their pensions and to advise any changes, e.g. bank details, change of address etc. It is most important that XPS have correct details, even if your pension is not yet in payment. All Plan members should receive, at least, an annual newsletter from the Trustees if they have the correct postal address.
